To Re-Authenticate your eBay Account Within Push to eBay:
The first thing to always try when facing an error reported by eBay is to “Re-Authenticate” your eBay account. This will re-establish the connection between Inventory Source and Ebay. You shouldn’t need to do this often, but it’s good to try this first when encountering unusual Listing Errors. Please follow the steps below to complete the re-authentication process.
Start by logging into your Inventory Source account at https://app.inventorysource.com/. Then navigate to our Push to eBay tool on the menu on the left side of the page. Once you are on the Push to eBay page, you will select the "Re-Authenticate" option that is highlighted in the image below.
Once you select the "Re-Authenticate" option you will be directed to the login page for your eBay account. You will then log into your eBay account and approve the integration with Inventory Source. By doing this a new API token will be generated for our system to connect with your eBay account.
To complete the re-authentication process please reach out to our support team at support@inventorysource.com or by accessing the chat feature that is available when logged into your Inventory Source account (chat is available Monday - Friday from 9am - 8pm EST). Our team will then be able to update your Push to eBay settings to connect using the newly generated API token.
