How to Pause My Account
Pausing your account is different than pausing an integration (learn how to pause an integration here).
Pausing your account is designed as a temporary solution to hold your account at its current state, while pausing your updates and reducing your monthly cost. This can be useful if you are making website changes and your store will not be active, or if you happen to be stepping away from your business briefly.
To pause your account, you have to email our Support Team at email@example.com.
Keep in mind that you will NOT have access to your product feeds until you ask to resume operations. Also, in order to pause your account, you will have to pay $9 per integration monthly in order to keep your product feed and integration information saved for the future.
