My Billing is suspended. What do I do?

Billing Suspended status means we are unable to successfully charge the card you have on file with us. 

When you login to your Inventory Source account, you will see a screen similar to this:

From there, you can update your credit card to a card which we can apply your current charges toward. The new card you use will replace the credit card previously on file. 

Once the credit card has been updated and successfully charged, you will have access to your Inventory Source account again.
