I believe I'm eligible for a refund or credit. How do I request one?
Before requesting a refund or credit, be sure to read When am I eligible for a refund or credit?
Per our Terms of Service, "Any claims for refunds or other adjustments to charges on your account must be submitted in writing. Any claim must be submitted within 30 days of the date such charges are placed on your account.". Contact Inventory Source here to submit your request. If approved, you will be notified in writing and you can expect your refund to process to your credit card statement within 3 to 5 business days.
